The transportation network is fundamental to the well being of society and vital for enhancing mobility and promoting equity and economic activity at local and global scales. The transportation network includes walk, cycle, micromobility, transit, highway, rail, ferry, and aviation infrastructure and services. People and communities rely on the expansive travel network to access jobs, housing, education, retail centers, healthcare, social services, public spaces, and recreation. Travel decisions are driven largely by network and service attributes, such as accessibility, connectivity, affordability, and reliability, as well as other economic, social and behavioral factors including, income levels, physical ability and preferences.
Odara Mobility is driven by the desire to enrich the travel experience by enhancing the utility of transportation alternatives in terms of accessibility, equity, sustainability, reliability, safety, and efficiency. To that end, I am excited about creatively deploying analytical techniques, behavioral models, policy and new technology to understand current and future mobility needs, in order to inform and enhance the mobility ecosystem. I have extensive experience in data analytics, behavioral research, demand modeling, and project management, and have worked with federal, state and private transportation agencies.
